If your current Minnesota driver’s license has been lost or stolen you may come in person to any Anoka County License Center to apply for a Replacement. Replacements are issued if your current Driver’s License is valid for a period exceeding 90 days. If your license is expiring in less than 90 days, a renewal is required.
Required Forms
Applications are online and available in the lobby of all five of our Anoka County License Centers.
Required Identification:
For a duplicate license, the driver’s license photo on file is used to verify identity. If identify cannot be verified or there has been a name changed since the last application, additional identification may be needed. The applicant's social security number is required as well.
