The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) asks communities each year to gather information on all the people experiencing homelessness on a given night during the last 10 days in January. The 2022 Point-In-Time (PIT) count is set for Wednesday, January 26th, 2022. Volunteers will fan out across the County in identified locations, at various times, in an attempt to survey individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness.
Safety is a priority during this unprecedented time. Masks are encouraged, along with social distancing, to ensure your safety. Please participate as you feel comfortable.
To volunteer, click here, or on the logo, and you will be directed to a sign-up website where you can choose the time and location that works best for you. You may sign up for as many times/locations as you like.
Trainings are provided for all volunteers in a variety of formats. Click here to register for a training. You only need to attend 1 training.
