The Anoka County Opioid Solutions Initiative (ACOSI) has partnered with the Steve Rummler HOPE Network to increase the number of naloxone access points available in the county. Naloxone is a medicine that rapidly reverses an opioid overdose, if administered promptly. Pg. 7
