2. When to Fill Out a Form

   If you are looking for law enforcement/security services within the ACSO patrolled areas of Andover, Oak Grove, Nowthen, Columbus, Ham Lake, Linwood Township, East Bethel, and Bethel, please fill out the following form at least two weeks in advance of your desired date.  

   If you are looking for non-law enforcement/security services such as a community outreach event, birthday drive by, etc., please do not fill out this form.  Instead, call our office at 763-324-5000 or call non emergency dispatch at 763-427-1212 and ask to speak with the ACSO sergeant on duty.

    Submission of a request does not guarantee staffing. ACSO will make every effort to fulfill requests but calls for service and staffing take priority.

    •     The Patrol lieutenant will work with the event organizer to determine appropriate staffing levels.

    •     ACSO reserves the right to adjust staffing based on event size, complexity, and public safety needs.

    •     You will not be billed for any hours not worked.

    •     ACSO will keep event organizers informed of any staffing changes or cancellations.

    •     This application is for law enforcement services only and does not exempt applicants from obtaining other required permits.

    •     ACSO reserves the right to deny any application for additional duty services.
